The Slideway series consists of slideway oils formulated for machine tool slideways and guides. Highly refined mineral base oil, combined with friction modifiers, EP and anti-rust additives and tackiness agents, prevents stick-slip and chatter and improves workpiece surface finish.

About the Product
It separates rapidly from coolants (demulsibility), preventing the cutting fluid from being contaminated with oil and breeding bacteria. The tacky film stays in place on vertical slideways and is not squeezed out under heavy load. ISO 22–46 is for horizontal and light applications, ISO 150 for vertical slideways and heavy applications.
